Return Policy

The customer is entitled to request an exchange within 12 hours of receiving the order if the product is defective or differs from the ordered item by contacting the unified number 920031308.

The application reserves the right to verify the complaint and resolve it within 48 hours.

For meat products: The customer must inspect them in the presence of the 2060 delivery representative. Once the representative leaves, no exchanges or complaints will be accepted.

Exchange Conditions for Golden Warranty Customers (Subscription Packages)

  • First: Exchange requests must be made within 12 hours due to product sensitivity, provided that the defect is from our side.
  • Second: Vacuum-sealed bags: Only unopened vacuum-sealed bags can be exchanged.
  • Third: Meat storage conditions: The product must be kept refrigerated for an exchange. Products that have been frozen or left outside the fridge will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Fourth: Golden Warranty does not cover orders paid through Tabby and Tamara, and refunds cannot be issued for payments made via these platforms.
