Terms and Conditions

1- Definition of Terms:

The Application: Refers to "2060 Agricultural".

The Customer: Refers to any person using the application, whether an individual or a legal entity.

2- Agreement to Contract Terms:

By using the (2060 Agricultural) application, you agree to the terms stated in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the application.

3- Changes to the Agreement:

Any changes to this agreement will be communicated as soon as possible through updates on the application or our official website.

4- Advance Payment:

The (2060 Agricultural) application reserves the right to request advance payment at any time without providing reasons.

5- Order Cancellation Policy:

The customer is not entitled to cancel the order once it has been confirmed.
The customer is not entitled to cancel the order if payment has been processed.
The customer may modify the order if it has not been confirmed or paid for.

6- Acceptance of Purchase Orders:

The (2060 Agricultural) application reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.

7- Refund Policy:

If payment was made via Mada card, the refund will be processed to the customer's account within 10 business days (according to the bank’s policy).
If payment was made via credit card (Visa), the refund will be processed to the customer's account within 15 business days (according to the bank’s policy).

8- Delivery Time, Method, and Location:

(2060 Agricultural) is committed to delivering orders on time except in cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
The maximum waiting time for the driver at the pickup location is 15 minutes.
Orders for slaughtered meat (Zabiha) will be delivered in refrigerated vehicles.
The customer must receive the order at the agreed-upon location and may not request delivery to a different address.

9- Intellectual Property Rights:

All content within the (2060 Agricultural) application, including but not limited to logos, images, audio clips, icons, and software, remains the property of (2060 Agricultural) and is protected under intellectual property laws.

10- Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
